Built in the 50s by legendary golfer Loma Smith, this mid-century modern was brought back to life by a talented design team who honored the original—while incorporating every modern luxury. The living room—with a large fireplace and 56" Smart TV—overlooks the golf course and a vast swath of the Pacific. Two love seats, a ten-foot sofa, four armchairs, and cushions on the hearth supply ample seating.
