A walk-in closet features another full-size washer and dryer. The casita has 2 entrances: one via double French doors off the beautifully landscaped backyard, and another door leading to the backyard from the bedroom.
A gated driveway offers 2-car tandem parking. A gate accesses the property from the driveway.
