Summary: The front doors had no accessibility button to open the door, which made it difficult to enter the 2 sets of doors with my hands full of luggage. The front desk staff could see me struggling through the windows and glass doors, but no one offered to help. It was very old and dark inside. Narrow elevator and I was surprised there was no added security features for guests, such as requiring a room key to access the elevator or stair access. The hallway and my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. My room was moderately clean but had a strong floral air freshener smell that made it difficult to sleep. All of my clothes ended up smelling so strongly of cigarettes, that others noticed and commented on after only 1 night. Would not recommend. Will not stay here again.
