Summary: I was stranded and desperate having walked several miles with luggage along dark country roads at 10 PM from a broken car. Point being, beggars can't be choosers so the place was the Taj Mahal as far as I was concerned. The rooms were tidy and clean but the common areas, well, not so much. The first room was lovely, spacious, well appointed, clean -- but had a terrible odor of dead fish. I was moved to another room that smelled better but had been damaged by a previous guest who must have had a Tasmanian Devil for a pet. I didn't care at that point. I showered, slept like a baby, and hiked back to the car, and spent the rest of the day problem solving. For an inexpensive hotel, I got what I paid for and what I expected. No harm, no foul.
