Welcome to the Cozy Cottage and the Coop! Combining the best of both worlds - nearly an acre of land with chickens, a creek and mini-garden, and only 10 minutes from everything that Downtown Nashville has to offer!
You'll enjoy a spacious suite with a comfy bedroom, queen-size bed and Roku TV. Relax in the living area & sip coffee in the kitchen. Modern, craftsman furniture and style adorn the entire space and make your stay comfortable and memorable. PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING :-).
You will have the entire basement apartment in our home to yourself, including a bedroom, full bath, living area and full kitchen. Our family of three lives upstairs above the apartment. The Airbnb is comfortable, immaculate, and conveniently located. You will be greeted by a separate, French door entrance and abundant natural light. You will also enjoy a private back patio with table and chairs. Personalized, coded entrance to door for added security. There is a fireplace present but not operable.
We do live upstairs with our toddler, so you will hear rustle and bustle, including footsteps. For your convenience, there are sounds machines next to the bed and sofa. If perfect peace and quiet are what you’re after, our space may not be the best fit for you. What our guest’s rave about is how clean and enjoyable our space is, as well as how cozy it is to watch the chickens entertaining themselves in the coop.
Upstairs and downstairs are separate apartments and separately locked for your privacy and security.
We're located just 6 miles from the Nashville International Airport (BNA) and has easy access to all major freeways. There is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car Center on Nolensville Pike about two miles North (toward downtown) of your suite! We are a short Uber Ride to downtown, and less than 1 mile to The Nashville Zoo!
