Fall / Winter 2024 - We have replaced all the windows of this property with NEW energy efficient windows to ensure our guests stay warm and cozy. We have also removed all of the carpet, to help with this property staying clean and sanitary. This home now features plank & hardwood flooring.
Our one story historic bungalow home built in 1946 was recently rehabbed and is located a short distance to the shops/restaurants/bars/coffee & other amenities of Toledo. About 5 min from the University of Toledo and 10 min from Downtown Toledo. Toledo Zoo, Toledo Art Museum, Stranahan Theatre, Glass City Center & more are a short drive away.
This home features off street parking, living rm w/ sleeper sofa. Perfect for pets too, the yard is large and backs up to a walking path. This home boasts a private office in the 3rd bedroom w/ lightening fast fiber internet. Feel free to connect to our wifi. Kitchen is full sized and fully equipped there is also a free new washer/dryer on property. The living room boasts a 50' inch Smart TV, Sling TV is included or stream your favorite apps. The bathroom has been recently renovated w/ tiled shower & showerhead w/ wand. We provide all linens and towels. There is a free full sized washer and dryer for your use in the basement.
New fiber internet was just installed and wifi is always free.
Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.
Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.
